Late check-out (after 12:00 PM and before 8:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancellation Policies :
For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival there is a penalty of 30% of the reservation value.
For No Shows, non arrivals and premature checkouts after arrival, 100% of the value of the booking will be charged.
Where extenuating circumstances beyond your control cause a cancellation the hotel may, upon receipt of sufficient evidence (where necessary) waive some or all of any cancellation penalty.
Extras booked prior to arrival may be cancelled at any time without penalty.
Terms and Conditions
Prices are inclusive of taxes and gratuities, all meals and drinks. Airfare, Spa Treatments and Private Beach Dinners are not included in the price.
Full payment of any outstanding balance is required at the time of check in.
This is an Adults Only Resort. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed.
The resort is for couples only. Single travelers are not allowed. Couples include two males or two females traveling together.
Late checkouts are available up to 8PM at a cost of US$150. However this is entirely subject to availability.
